Kepler 22 Group’s mission is to make films that are sustainable, with a positive impact, and that enhances audiences’ consciousness powerfully.
The company will create an LLC for the film investment with the investors signed as limited members. Most likely with one representative of the investors and one representative of Kepler 22 Group being appointed as joint managers. The investment vehicle will be a Private Placement Memorandum conforming to the laws of Regulation of the Securities Act. The LLC will retain independent Legal and Accounting services from which costs will be shared equally among the film partners.
